The Barclay Brown E-Z-Spring™ Expander is our new, patented and patent pending method to ship and display soft bags such as back packs, lunch bags, duffels, luggage and dop kits. It represents a radical improvement over all previous systems.
The E-Z-Spring™Expander is a perfectly engineered operating system that overcomes the serious disadvantages of balloon and paper stuffing systems. It also overcomes the disadvantages of the rubber-band expander.
The E-Z-Spring™ Expander is an assembled product that your manufacturing contractors insert into your bags. Once installed, our Expanders will definitely work, unlike those offered by others. They allow bags to be shipped flat, drastically reducing cube, warehousing and distribution costs. Then, upon unpacking at the retail outlet, they open with just a shake to give your bags a sales-ready, fully stuffed appearance that is 35% more effective than displaying bags flat.
Our techniques cuts down on the ocean freight costs so much that the retailers can reduce their retail selling price (and/or increase their margins) while offering a better looking, faster selling product on the retail floor.
